Indian’s 42nd communication satellite CMS-01 was launched by ISRO December 17, 2020 and has been placed in its final GEO orbit. All orbit raising maneuvers have been completed successfully and the reflector has been deployed.
The satellite will replace the GSAT-12, launched in 2011, and will remain in orbit for more than seven years.
