Myriota will be involved in the SASAT1 Space Services Mission to deliver space services to South Australia under a contract of $6.5 million. The satellite counts with Earth Observation imaging capabilities and will support the improvement of state emergency, environment, water monitoring, and bushfire mitigation services.

The mission will be launched in 15 months and the lifespan of the satellite is set to three years for data collection and operations.
