The US Department of State has announced a new round of sanctions against Russia but has made exceptions in Space sector. US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken noted that certain sectors will be exempt from the new round of sanctions for the next six months: “Exports in support of commercial space cooperation, however, will be restricted following a six-month transition period.”
After Rocket Lab announced that is going public, Virgin Galactic dropped a 12% yesterday. At the same time, some analysts think that Lockheed Martin Corporation stock is getting cheap.
